Clear rules so all you have to do is enjoy.

1. Bookings

You can book on this site, on WhatsApp or through our partners (Airbnb, GetYourGuide, Viator, Tripadvisor). A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message with date, time, meeting point and total due.

All tours run every day at the published times. Each departure has limited capacity; we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially in high season (December, January, Easter week and the Flower Festival).

2. Prices and payment

Prices are per person in Colombian pesos (COP). The US dollar (USD) amount is a reference calculated at 3,100 COP per dollar and may vary; the price you pay is the peso price in force when your booking is confirmed.

You can pay in cash (COP or USD) or by card on the day of the tour. If you have a large group or travel with children, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we will confirm the conditions.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. If you paid in advance, we refund 100% to the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no cost, subject to availability. Bookings made through partners follow the partner's policy.

4. Changes and cancellations on our side

We may cancel or modify a tour due to extreme weather, security alerts, closures ordered by the authorities or force majeure. In that case we offer to reschedule or a 100% refund. If the assigned guide cannot attend, another guide from the same neighborhood replaces them.

5. Meeting point and punctuality

The Comuna 13 Graffiti Tour starts and ends at Garden Coffee (Calle 38a #108-21, 20 de Julio neighborhood). When a tour includes transport, we arrange the pickup point on WhatsApp when confirming. The guide or vehicle waits up to 15 minutes after the agreed time; after that the booking counts as a no-show.

6. During the tour

Follow the guide's instructions at all times. Tours walk through streets, stairs and slopes; wear comfortable shoes. Do not photograph people without their permission. We reserve the right to remove from the tour, without refund, anyone who endangers the group or disrespects the community.

Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If you have reduced mobility, message us before booking: we adapt the route whenever possible.

7. Insurance and liability

All passengers are covered by our civil liability policy during the tour. We recommend travel insurance. We are not responsible for lost personal items or costs arising from delays outside our operation (flights, traffic, closures).
